Dining and Food Services: Evaluate the quality and variety of food in the hotel’s restaurant. Assess the speed and efficiency of room service.

Safety and Security: Evaluate the hotel’s safety measures, including fire exits and security personnel. Assess the effectiveness of the security measures in place.

Housekeeping: Inspect the cleanliness of common areas, corridors, and public facilities. Evaluate the turnaround time for room cleaning.

Facilities and Amenities: Assess the condition and availability of fitness centers, swimming pools, and other amenities.
